Viewing courses:

Courses can be viewed by connecting to the internet with a Flash 8 enabled browser (Flash is a free program that is part of the Macromedia family of free programs including pdf readers. Most browsers store a Flash 8 reader but the reader can also be downloaded over the internet).

Courses can also be viewed using a Compact Disk sent through the postal system. Compact disks (CDs) include the animated course and an Adobe PDF print off of the course. Print, Search and Web resources are only available to enrollees.

Login to courses requires a Username and Password. The Login details are sent by email after registration and payment. Access to the exam area is immediate after payment, however, access to the online course may take up to 12 hours. Possible delay is due to updating of servers accross the internet.

Please do not share your Username and Password as this may negate your own ability to access the courses and disqualify you from your exam. It is possible to accidentally trigger an exam start if more than one User is using the same login details to access a course.
