To make the most of your elearning experience, you may find the following tips useful:

Take time to learn new terms. The language is kept simple and new vocabulary is never used without clear explanations. The glossary facility is particularly useful for new vocabulary. Enrolling for the course and exam means that you will receive a CD containing all online and off-line material making an internet connection unneccessary.

Interact with the course by using the action buttons and links. This helps memory retention as well as making the learning experience more personal.

If you are not using a high resolution monitor, prevent straining your eyes by looking away every five minutes.

- It's a good idea to join an on line discussion group to keep up to date on developments - our courses are reviewed every month to keep the information current. Exam questions reflect these changes, so it is recommended you take the exam as soon as you have finished the course.

Remember, you do not have to complete the course in one sitting. After enrollment, you can return to the course using your CD or an internet from any location.

Reviewing material is the most important step in memory retention.
