You do not need a flash enabled browser for Inhouse Training exams or quizzes. Any browser is sufficient (please test using the quick quiz facility).

Please ensure a quiet location with a guaranteed connection to the internet throughout your exam. Inhouse Training will not refund exam fees as a result of exam interruptions on the client side.

The exams are open book which means you may use whatever written or CD based resource available to you. You may not collaborate with another individual or individuals during an exam.

Enrolees may self-manage the time of their exam using a logging in code or beginning the exam without setting an exam date. Please check our refund policy. Employers, as interested parties, are encouraged to confirm if an individual has successfully passed the exam (earned the certificate) by asking the individual to complete the 5 minute quick quiz as part of an interview process. The employer can also check a UB database to confirm the award.
