Getting the most out of your Exam:
-
This is an open book exam (you may use any book at your disposal) and you must get at least 90% of the answers correct to pass. If you do not pass the exam, you can repeat at any time. Inhouse Training will allow individuals who have failed on their first attempt, to repeat their exam once without incurring a new fee. Organisations (attempting 10 or more exams) may negotiate to repeat exam attempts.
-
The exam consists of 60 multiple choice questions (please see the free Quick Quiz). You will have 1hour and 15mins to complete the exam. Therefore take time to read each question carefully and assess the answers in turn before selecting one. If there is still time remaining before the end of the exam, you can review your answers to each question. You can also press the "Exit Exam" button to finish the exam. You will not be able to return to the exam if you press this button and your score will be shown to you.
-
Using the Quick Quiz facility will familiarise you with the exam interface - this is stongly recommended. The quiz questions will change overtime. Accessing quiz questions every two weeks is an excellent way to prepare for exam questions.
-
Please ensure your exam will take place in a quiet room with no risk of distractions. Inhouse Training will not refund exam fees as a result of exam conditions deteriorating.
-
Exam questions are based only on Inhouse Training course content. You do not need supplementary information to pass the exam. However, supplementary information is supportive of the learning experience. Attempting the exam soon after you complete the course (within one month) means you are unlikely to encounter unfamiliar questions because your knowledge is outdated.
