Refund Policy
Refunds will be given at discretion of management.
In the
event data we provided is proven to be inaccurate at time of examination, we
will allow repeat access to the exam following the update of course content. All such claims require submission of faxed valid
documents and source information proving the data was inaccurate.
Users who allow other individuals use their login details are at risk of losing access to the exam.
Participants
pay for access to courses and exams. We will not grant a refund after exam participation, except in the following instances ONLY:

In the event you were charged more than once for a single order. All such claims require submission of valid proof of purchase reflecting the charges. Refunds granted may take up to four weeks to show a credit on your statement.

In the event you did not receive access as a result of a problem due to Inhouse Training and the problem cannot be rectified within one month of payment.

Inhouse Training will refund cost of course and exam if all online and off-line delivery methods have failed. Inhouse Training cannot be responsible for postal strikes or technical difficulties (such as small bandwidth) on client-side.

Our courses and exams are guaranteed to work with current, frames enabled browsers such as Internet Explorer version 3.0 upwards. Please check your browser/security settings and contact your service provider in the case of client side difficulties before alerting us as this is where all problems have occurred in the past.
